1. Find your routine, for free.

Answer five questions and explore a keep / adjust / add plan. The finder does not diagnose hair or scalp conditions, and it does not guarantee that a particular product will suit you.

2. Join the first-release list.

Choose a season and opt in to collection news. Signing up is free. It is not an order, a reservation, or a commitment to buy. Interest-list entries do not count toward the pre-order target.

3. Review the finished offer.

Before pre-orders open, we will publish the actual kit contents, sizes, price, applicable shipping costs, supported destinations, campaign deadline, and expected dispatch window. Supplier availability and fulfillment arrangements must be confirmed first.

4. Confirm the launch threshold.

Our working batch plan is 200 kits of one selection. Supplier costs and minimums will determine the final threshold, which we will publish before ordering opens. Only paid, non-cancelled preorders would count; free interest-list signups do not. If the confirmed goal is reached, we proceed under the published terms. The deadline closes the campaign; it is not an indefinite wait for more customers.

5. If the goal is missed, full refunds.

The proposed model is all-or-refund. If the threshold is not reached by the deadline, orders will be cancelled and fully refunded to the original payment method. Refund timing, cancellation options, and the procedure for any delivery delay will be set out before checkout opens.
